Can we have a video call with my chosen puppy?

Of course. We understand how important it is to see your chosen puppy in a live video call.

New name for the puppy.

If you are wondering whether or not you can change the puppy's name, then yes, you can definitely do so. This does not really bother the puppies, they easily learn new names.

How will my puppy travel to me?

Puppy transport
The Frenchies travel in the temperature-controlled and pressurized area of the airplane. The puppy is treated absolutely as a human passenger: during transfers, it is taken off the plane and placed in a pet hotel, where it is given fresh food and water.
Traveling with a nanny
This can happen if you live far from an international airport and don't want to drive a long way by car, or if you just want your puppy to be safe on board the plane under the supervision of a nanny. The nanny is usually the breeder or a family member.

Is it safe for a puppy to fly?

Flying on an airplane is just as safe as driving in a car, and perhaps less stressful than a long car ride. After more than 5 years of shipping puppies to the United States and worldwide, we have never had any problems other than the usual flight delays. Airlines have special places for pets to protect them from cargo and luggage.
Puppies must be taken to the vet immediately before shipping to receive a health certificate for shipping.

When do I need to pay the remaining balance of the total purchase price?

Please send the remaining amount no later than 14 days before shipping.

When will you tell me the exact arrival time?

You can also request this. You can request a day on which you would like to pick up. Once the chosen puppy reaches the appropriate age for shipping, we will discuss a day that suits you when you can pick up the puppy, and we will arrange this with the airline.

Do I need to contact the airport before arrival?

In some cases, you will receive an email or call from the airline detailing what documents you need to obtain, where to go for customs clearance, and where to go to pick up your puppy. In other cases, however, you will need to call the airline to get this information. In each case, you will receive detailed information from me about what you need to do, when the plane arrives, and if there is a possible delay.

Are Frenchies well socialized?

Frenchies are very well socialized, which is one of the reasons for their popularity. We start socializing our puppies with other dogs and children at the earliest possible age so that they are friendly and calm puppies.

What kind of food do Frenchies eat?

It is important what kind of food the puppies eat. It is important to us that our puppies receive adequate, high-quality food. When we start weaning, we give them raw rabbit meat, then gradually switch to a raw beef diet.

At which American or Canadian airports can I pick up my puppy?

We can ship to the following airports in the United States and Canada:
Atlanta ATL, Austin AUS , Boston BOS, Chicago ORD , Dallas DFW, Denver DEN , Detroit DTW , Houston IAH, Los Angeles LAX, Miami MIA , New York JFK, Newark EWR, Orlando MCO , Philadelphia PH , San Francisco SFO, San Diego SAN , Seattle SEA, Washington IAD
Canada: Calgary YYC , Edmonton YEG , Montreal YUL, Toronto YYZ, Vancouver YVR
If you are unable to pick up your puppy at one of the above airports, we can provide nanny service at almost all US airports for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

What papers do I need to take to the airport?

You will need to take a copy of the pet passport to the customs office, where it will be stamped. (The puppy may still be in transit when you do this.) Then take the papers to the air marshal and pick up the puppy. (This is the Lufthansa description, but the practice is very similar for other airlines.)
The only exception is KLM, where you need an agent to arrange customs clearance in advance and give you an entry number that you can present to the customs officer and get the puppy. We also arrange this for you, you just need to contact them.

Do I need a broker?

With KLM Airlines, yes, the fee for which is 200-250 USD. It is a good idea because you will get your puppy much faster at the airport, and all documents are checked in advance by the broker. They take care of everything and make the process extremely easy. You do not have to pay any taxes because you are buying a pet, and the price is less than 10,000 USD.

Do I have to pay tax at the airport?

This depends on the regulations of the country. In the United States, there is no tax on importing puppies.

Do I need to arrange import documents for my pet's travel?

This depends on the regulations of the country. In the United States, you do not need an import permit. We will take care of everything you need, you just need to go to the airport, sign the papers and pick up your puppy.
